Hi! I'M TIM....

Hi, I’m Tim.  I’ve spent my life building things that last - a long, rewarding career, a strong family, and a reputation rooted in trust and leadership. I live in Oakland, New Jersey, with my wife Susan, who I’ve been married to for 38 years. Family is central to our world, especially spending time with our grandchildren. Our golden retriever keeps us active and outdoors as much as possible. 

Born in San Diego, my path has taken me across the U.S. and abroad, from Colorado to Germany to the Pacific Northwest, before settling on the East Coast. Those years shaped not just what I’ve done, but how I lead, connect, and think. I’ve always been drawn to work that involves people, strategy, and meaningful impact, and I’ve been fortunate to build a career that reflects that. 

What I found, though, was not a desire to step away, but a desire to step into a next chapter with more freedom, flexibility, and intention. I wanted to keep contributing at a high level, while designing a life that allowed space for family, travel, and the things that matter most. 

THE PATH THAT BROUGHT ME HERE:  After graduating from university, I became an officer in the United States Army, which took me across the U.S. and into West Germany. That experience shaped my leadership style and set the foundation for everything that followed. I later earned a master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Colorado and moved into the pharmaceutical industry, starting with Pfizer. 

Over the years, I held senior leadership and marketing roles with major global companies, including Pfizer and Merck. I was involved in launching multiple products worldwide (some of the largest launches in pharmaceutical history) and worked closely with teams across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. It was challenging, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding. 

WHEN SUCCESS NO LONGER FELT SECURE:

I transitioned into executive search and later built my own retained search firm, specializing in research and development leadership within the pharmaceutical and oncology space. Running my own business was one of the most empowering, and humbling, experiences of my life. 

For many years, the business thrived. Then COVID hit, the industry shifted again, and everything changed. Long-standing models stopped working. Clients disappeared. What once felt stable became fragile almost overnight. .   

A NEW DIRECTION - AND A CLEAR YES: Personal Development had been part of my life for years. Coaching, mentoring, and supporting people through transition had always been a strength of mine. So, when I came across the business I’m now part of, the alignment was immediate. 

Today, I’m building a flexible, performance-based business in partnership with a world-class Personal Development company. I work remotely and get to use decades of experience while helping others navigate growth and reinvention. 

This chapter allows me to mentor, contribute, and grow - financially, personally, and professionally - on my own terms.
